Returns

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items (such as hygiene-sensitive or customized products) may not be eligible for return. This will always be indicated on the product page.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@chooseoffer.shop with your order details.

Order Issues
